Red Rose Fusion, Lancaster’s premier dance weekender, was born from the deep desire to bring Lancaster its first-ever full fusion dance weekend. We wanted to create an event dedicated to connection, growth, and building the inspirational. As always, we aim to create while honoring the roots that brought us here. Indigo Dance, kindly, has provided us with a strong foundation for growth. 

Our premier event in 2025 welcomed over 200 dancers to Lancaster, PA. They came. They saw. They attended fabulous workshops, enjoyed special DJ performances, embraced a silent disco, and lit up a glow party. Most importantly, they danced into early morning times and did so beautifully. It’s no wonder that this event was meant to be a perennial! This year the creation and growth continue. 

To highlight our vision, we have included an excerpt below from the Red Rose Fusion's first closing speech written by one of our organizers and dreamers, Christina Palochak.

I wanted to leave everyone with a thought. There is a line from the musical Hamilton that has always resonated with me. So, if it’s okay, I’d love to share it with you tonight.

“Legacy, what is a legacy? It’s planting seeds in a garden you never get to see.”

I was fortunate enough to walk into a vibrant and welcoming scene. The seeds of which had been planted by the passionate dancers, organizers, now friends that were here long before I was. This is Indigo Dance’s first ever full weekend event. I’d like to think that if you are standing in this circle, if you are standing in this room, we are growing and building something together. I want to thank you all for being here, and for planting seeds alongside us. We love you guys.

With the spirit of this event still resonating, we eagerly anticipate the next season. Red Rose Fusion lives on!
